Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Reelsquad, provided by Houssemeddine Mrad, a sole proprietor based in Quebec, Canada. By using Reelsquad you agree to them.

The service

Reelsquad plans, writes and produces short-form videos, carousels, images and stories for your brand, and publishes them to social accounts you connect. On-screen people are AI-generated.

Your responsibilities

• Only submit links and materials for businesses you own or are authorised to represent.
• Only connect social accounts you own or manage.
• Review content where you choose to, and make sure what is published is accurate for your business.
• Follow the rules of each platform you publish to, including their AI-content and advertising disclosure rules.

What you can’t use Reelsquad for

• Impersonating real people or organisations, or making content that suggests a real person endorses you.
• Fake reviews or testimonials, misleading claims, or health, financial or legal promises your product can’t support.
• Political, adult, gambling, weapons or other content that platforms restrict.
• Spam, fake engagement, or posting to accounts you don’t control.

Content ownership

You own the content produced for you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. You give us permission to use your submitted materials to create and publish your content.

Billing

Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Unused credits don’t roll over. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Disclaimers

Reelsquad is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee any level of views, followers or sales, or that platforms will accept every post. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
