Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Houssemeddine Mrad, a sole proprietor based in Quebec, Canada, operating as Reelsquad (“Reelsquad”, “we”), collects when you use reelsquad.io and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and billing details (payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number).
• Brand information: links you submit, and the public page content, images and reviews we read from them to create your content.
• Connected social accounts: when you connect Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube, we receive access tokens and basic profile information (account name, ID, profile picture), and post performance data such as views and likes.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser information, collected to run and improve the service.

How we use it

• To create, schedule and publish content to the accounts you connect, only as you instruct.
• To show you results and improve which content we plan for your brand.
• To bill you, provide support and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your connected accounts for anything other than publishing your content and reading its performance.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run Reelsquad: Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting, sign-in, storage, and generating images and video), Anthropic (writing briefs, scripts and captions), and Stripe (payments). They process data only to provide their services to us.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored and processed outside Quebec, mainly in the United States (Google Cloud’s us-central1 region and Anthropic’s US services). These providers protect personal information with encryption and contractual safeguards. Access tokens for connected social accounts are encrypted before they are stored.

AI-generated content

People shown in Reelsquad videos and images are AI-generated. We label content as AI-generated when publishing, using each platform’s disclosure settings.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect social accounts at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and data — see our data deletion instructions. Access tokens are deleted when you disconnect an account.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data, to withdraw consent, or to object to certain processing. Email privacy@reelsquad.io to exercise them; we reply within 30 days.
