Data Deletion

You can remove your data from Reelsquad at any time.

Disconnect a social account

In Reelsquad, open Accounts and choose Disconnect. We delete that account’s access tokens immediately. You can also remove Reelsquad from your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Google account settings.

Delete your account and all data

In Reelsquad, open Plan → Account and choose Delete account. This immediately deletes your account, brand information, generated content and connected-account access. You can also email privacy@reelsquad.io from your account email address with the subject “Delete my data” and we’ll do it within 30 days. We keep only records the law requires, such as invoices.

Requests from Facebook

If you remove Reelsquad from your Facebook settings, Facebook notifies us and we delete the data we received through Facebook. You’ll get a confirmation code you can use to check the status of your request on this page.
